General conditions of sale of Luminadeus LLC

These general conditions of sale (CGV) apply to all sales made by Luminadeus LLC, a company registered in the United States, with customers located in France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Andorra, Belgium, as well as that internationally.

2. Orders

Orders can be placed on the Luminadeus LLC website. Confirmation of the order leads to acceptance of these GTCs, recognition of having perfect knowledge and the waiver to take advantage of your own purchase conditions or other conditions.

3. Products and services

The essential characteristics of products and services are presented on our website. The customer is required to inform them before any ordering.

4. Prices

The prices of products and services are indicated in US dollars and are those in force at the time of the order. They can be changed at any time. Prices may vary depending on the country of delivery due to customs taxes and costs.

5. Payment

Payment is due to order. Payments can be made by bank card or other means indicated on the site. Transactions will be converted into US dollars at the exchange rate in force.

6. Delivery
